Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to customers, onboard new clients, and install kiosks on-site. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be able to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support through various channels.
• Onboard new clients by setting up accounts and providing training.
• Perform on-site kiosk installations and ensure functionality.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Document customer interactions and participate in product testing.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance processes.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical support or IT experience.
• Knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to travel for installations and support.

Compensation

$65,000 – $85,000 per year
