Commercial Property Solicitor Position in Auckland CBD

We are seeking an ambitious Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE in property law to join our growing team in Auckland. As part of a practice serving both local and international clients and led by esteemed Partners, you will have the opportunity to work on high-level commercial property transactions for prominent developers and corporate clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling complex commercial property acquisitions and disposals
• Conducting due diligence for development projects
• Assisting clients with property portfolios on commercial leasing arrangements and overseas investment matters

Requirements:

• 1-3 years PQE at a reputable law firm
• Property law experience with exposure to commercial property transactions (preferred but not required)
• Interest in enhancing skills with a commercial mindset
• Strong academic record in law (B average or higher)
