Role Overview

We are looking for an intermediate landscaper who can grow into a team leader position. The ideal candidate should have a good all-round skill set, be trainable, reliable, and possess a can-do attitude. While landscape/chippy/building knowledge is beneficial, the emphasis is on attitude and willingness to learn on the job.

Daily Tasks

• Communicate with management
• Understand and follow instructions
• Basic understanding of plans and measurements
• Driving and operating a trailer
• Prepping areas for concrete, pathways, and lawns
• Timber retaining, edging, boxing, and basic building
• Rock walls, paving, pathways
• Installation of irrigation and lighting
• Planting, staking trees, mulching
• Landscape maintenance tasks
• Tidy up and check tools

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience
• Positive attitude and punctuality
• Enthusiastic and professional demeanor
• Full clean driving license
• Own transportation to the workplace (West Auckland location preferred)
• Drug-free
