We are an insolvency practice based in Auckland (Albany) with offices in Wellington and Christchurch, specializing in corporate insolvency and recovery appointments. With over 800 insolvency appointments handled since 2008, we are the only insolvency firm in New Zealand with an in-house legal team. Responsibilities and Skills

• Legal research and drafting legal opinions
• Drafting court documents and pleadings
• Assisting in preparation for court hearings
• Appearing in Court on defended and undefended matters
• Reports to the directors with assistance from senior legal team members
• LLB and Admitted qualification
• Expertise in written and verbal communication
• Strong legal research skills
• Ability to draft legal opinions and pleadings
• Strong attention to detail
• Works well in a team environment and willing to assist the wider in-house legal team
