Job Requirements:
- Experience in Māori-centred and/or kaupapa Māori research and evaluation - Development and delivery of high-quality research and evaluation activities - Engagement at all levels, including with whānau, hapū, iwi, and/or hapori - Use of te reo Māori, Mātauranga Māori, and tikanga - Effective management of day-to-day work planning and prioritization
Qualifications:
- Experience in multi-disciplinary, cross-agency research and evaluation - Background in complex organizations in the health and social sectors
Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills - Collaboration and teamwork abilities - Passion for strengths-based Māori research and evaluation
