Key Responsibilities

• Utilize your leadership experience to influence and motivate team members positively
• Demonstrate strong cultural competence and keep whānau at the center of care
• Apply principles of Tikanga and Te Tiriti o Waitangi in your daily work
• Contribute to the development of new protocols and clinical guidelines
