Overview

Balmoral Doctors is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to lead a team of four nurses. This position offers flexibility with a minimum requirement of 3 days per week, potentially extending to a 4th day. The clinic operates Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, with no weekend work required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Current NZ Practicing Certificate
• Independent Immunisation Vaccinator
• CPR Certificate
• Smear takers certificate preferred
• Medtech 32 Experience preferred
• Strong focus on patient care and compassion
• Professional attitude with the ability to remain positive, calm, and friendly
• High clinical and professional standards
• Ability to mentor and lead the nursing team
