Job Description

As a Legal Secretary in this fun and friendly team, your duties will include drafting and preparing various correspondence and documents, conducting property searches, ensuring AML compliance for clients, generating invoices and statements, facilitating Landonline transactions, and providing general administrative assistance.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you'll need a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a legal secretary within a New Zealand firm. Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, efficiency under pressure, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines are essential. Familiarity with compliance tasks and AML procedures will also be beneficial.
