Job requirements
- Previous experience working for an MSP
- Experience providing Helpdesk/Desktop support (Level 1+)
- Experience supporting Windows Desktop environments
- Experience in Active directory/domain management, provisioning
- Printer management experience
- VOIP/SIP Phone system administration experience (3CX)
- South Auckland based with a driver's license
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Exceptional customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
Skills
- Group Policy creation and management
- Windows file shares, permissions, security
- Office 365 Management
- Domain/DNS Management
- Network management (subnetting, L2/L3 switching/routing)
