Skills and Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end sales order processing
• Providing exceptional support to clients
• Processing stock purchase orders and maintaining accurate counts
• Handling payments, refunds, and credits
• Investigating and resolving order/product issues
• Managing incoming and outgoing products for clients

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in sales administration, stock management, and sales processing
• Familiarity with Microsoft suite and Salesforce
