About the Role:

As a Logistics Co-Ordinator, you will work closely with the Group Logistics Manager, handling various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the business. From managing stock movement to coordinating vehicle maintenance, your role will be dynamic and engaging. If you have experience in logistics or distribution, especially within the automotive industry, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving new stock
• Purchase orders and pre-book work
• Arrange COFs and other compliances
• Maintain stock movement between dealers and suppliers
• Liaise with sales and after-sales teams
• Utilize computer systems for information maintenance
• Pick up and drop off vehicles (Class 2 or 4 licenses are ideal but not essential)

About You:

If you have a strong customer service focus, excellent administration skills, and a knack for detail, we want to hear from you. Experience in dealership administration is preferred but not required. Effective communication, time management, and teamwork are essential for success in this role.
