Job responsibilities:

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets - Develop and maintain a VIP customer database - Conduct daily stock counts and participate in regular inventory checks - Provide exceptional customer service, including aftersales support - Follow brand-specific luxury selling ceremonies - Manage aftersales services, including repairs and follow-ups - Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably within the watch or jewellery industry - Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Professional, well-groomed appearance suitable for a luxury retail environment - Enthusiastic, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset - Team player with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
