Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain client and referrer relationships - Identify and implement appropriate solutions for clients - Proactively seek new business opportunities - Provide leadership and mentorship to the Auckland office team - Participate in setting annual budgets and work plans - Identify and cultivate business development opportunities

Requirements

- Minimum of five years of corporate finance experience in a senior leadership role - Strong network and understanding of New Zealand's corporate finance landscape - Demonstrated experience in generating a fee base and managing clients - Enjoy working with clients and managing teams
