Machine Operator Position at Leading Sustainable Packaging Company

About the Role

We are seeking Machine Operators to join our Auckland plant team for both shift patterns (7:30am – 04:00pm and 04:00pm – 12:00am). This is a long-term, full-time position with opportunities for career progression. Overtime rates apply for additional hours worked. Responsibilities include supporting Senior Operators, operating machinery, conducting quality assurance, and ensuring machines are efficiently utilized.

Key Duties:

• Support Senior Operators in the packaging department
• Set up, monitor, and operate machinery to manufacture corrugated boxes
• Feed machines and maintain material levels
• Stack boxes for distribution
• Conduct quality assurance processes
