Job Description

As a Major Gift Fundraiser, your primary responsibility will be to solicit major gifts from donors to support AUT's mission and priorities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify needs and align them with donor aspirations. Building relationships with donors and cultivating partnerships will be key aspects of this role. Experience in industries such as Health, Equity, or Education is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement fundraising plans - Cultivate and solicit major gifts from donors, trusts, and foundations - Manage relationships with existing donors - Support faculty-based philanthropic activities

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have: - At least 5 years of experience in soliciting significant gifts - Proven track record in building external partnerships - Strong networks in Health, Equity, or Education sectors - Excellent communication and influencing skills
