Marine Electrician Full-time Job

Key points:

- Luxury Motor Yacht Service Centre in Auckland - Seeking experienced or entry-level marine electrician - Competitive remuneration of approximately $60 per hour - Opportunity to work on luxury boats with advanced electronics - Full-time position with about 44.5 hours per week

Job requirements:

- Pride in appearance, punctuality, and good manners - Motivated and able to work well with others - Proficient in spoken and written English - Full, current driver's license - Interest in boats and previous electrical work on boats is a plus

Job responsibilities:

- Working closely with Electronics Engineer - Installing new electronics and automation packages - Diagnosing and resolving system faults - Installing and servicing marine systems and equipment - Assisting with tasks of any size

Qualifications:

- Experience or interest in marine or auto electrical work - AC registered electrician with understanding of DC and electronics

Skills:

- Strong skills in electronics and automation - Willingness and ability to learn new systems and technologies
