Job requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Food Science, Chemistry, or related discipline - 1-2 years of experience in product development - Experience in nutrition, food, beverage, or supplement industries - Strong understanding of regulatory requirements - Excellent technical, communication, and organizational skills

Job responsibilities:

- Leverage market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights - Develop new product formulations with a focus on commercial viability - Manage product upscaling and maintain quality standards - Communicate effectively with internal departments and external suppliers - Work on ingredient trials, processing improvements, and supply chain stability

Qualifications:

- Tertiary qualification in Food Science, Chemistry, or related discipline

Skills:

- Proven ability to build and nurture relationships - Experience in project management or product lifecycle management - Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management
