• You have 5 years previous experience within a similar role or within a similar environment or industry
• You are a Qualified Hairdresser
• You are passionate about leveraging your education skill set to achieve sell-out Focus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Results driven and flexible in approach
• Prior Knowledge and experience in Territory Management or industry education
• Strong relationship management skills

Job responsibilities

• Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets within a designated sales territory
• Confidently train and educate hairdressers to the highest level in product knowledge
• Ensure launch and animation success, promote the correct usage of products and procedures
• Utilize your hairdressing skills and background to optimize sell out in relation to salon business
• Work remotely to manage and craft your territory as if it is your own business
• Work with a team of like-minded industry professionals
