About the Role

We are currently looking for a Mechanical Engineering Technician to join our dynamic team in Auckland. The ideal candidate will have intermediate expertise in mechanical building services, with a minimum of 2+ years of industry experience and proficiency in Autodesk Revit. In this role, you will play a crucial part in elevating the quality, energy efficiency, and technical accuracy of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate an advanced understanding of mechanical building services and contribute to the development of innovative solutions aligned with project goals and energy efficiency standards.
  • Prepare detailed drawings and plans of electrical installations and circuitry to support Mechanical Engineers.
  • Showcase a comprehensive knowledge of all building services to ensure seamless integration within project teams.
  • Exhibit expertise in energy efficiency in buildings and its importance in creating sustainable solutions for clients.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, BIM360, and Revizto to create accurate and detailed design documentation.
  • Bring your project BIM experience to the table and contribute to the success of Cosgroves' Building Information Modeling initiatives.
