A full-time, regular Quality Controller position is available at the Devonport naval base. This role involves inspecting and testing mechanical equipment in the boiler room to ensure standards are met. The position offers stable hours, Monday to Friday, with a company van provided. Responsibilities

• Inspecting and testing machinery to ensure compliance
• Monitoring equipment performance and analyzing data
• Reporting on reliability, functionality, and compliance
• Maintaining logs and updating documentation
• Identifying issues and coordinating repairs with subcontractors

Requirements

• Mechanical/engineering background with relevant experience
• Clean class 1 full driver's license
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail
• Must pass a 100% clean background check
• Legal right to work in New Zealand
