The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Administrator to support our highly regarded Surgeon. This newly created part-time position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the practice and help deliver unparalleled administrative support. With flexible hours and a competitive hourly rate, this role is perfect for those looking to make a meaningful impact while maintaining work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Answering phones and managing inquiries
• Assisting with surgical bookings and clinic lists
• Processing new patient referrals
• Liaising with insurance companies and ACC
• Preparing pre and post-operative packs
• Typing referrals and entering data
• Processing payments
• Working closely with the Surgeon's PA and providing coverage when needed

Skills Required

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in medical PA or administration roles in New Zealand, a strong grasp of technology, and a passion for enhancing the patient experience. If you enjoy providing top-notch support and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Remuneration
