Join Our Team as a Full-Time Medical Receptionist

We are an established Private Cardiology group seeking an experienced medical receptionist to join our team at our rooms in Albany, North Shore, and potentially at other remote and mobile clinic locations. If you have excellent written and spoken English skills, attention to detail, and a warm and friendly demeanor, we want to hear from you.

As a key member of our team, we need someone who can handle both reception and administration duties efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional interpersonal skills, maintain a professional telephone manner, and work well in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize and multitask are essential qualities we value in our team members.

Preferred Qualifications

While previous experience using Incisive Medical systems would be advantageous, training will be provided to the right candidate. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our busy and expanding clinic.
