Join Our Team as a Full-Time Medical Receptionist

Are you an experienced medical receptionist with excellent written and spoken English skills? If so, we are looking for someone like you to join our established Private Cardiology group. We have openings at our rooms in Albany and Silverdale, as well as our remote clinics which may involve traveling to other locations with our mobile clinics.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a warm and friendly individual who can not only handle reception duties but also carry out administrative tasks. Attention to detail and efficiency are key qualities that we value in our team members. As a busy and expanding clinic, every day is different, and you must be flexible and adaptable to changes that may arise throughout the day.

Excellent interpersonal skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task are essential for this role. We are looking for a team player who can maintain high standards and provide exceptional service to our patients.

Preferred Qualifications
