Job requirements

- Registered mental health clinician with a current practicing certificate - Experience working within a mental health setting providing talking therapies - Passion for working in a brief intervention primary mental health context - Flexible, a self-starter, able to work autonomously and as part of a team - Demonstrates knowledge, skills, and attitudes conducive to culturally safe practice - Demonstrates knowledge and application of psychological theories and models - Qualification in a formal therapeutic area is an advantage

Job responsibilities

- Deliver interventions to a diverse range of clients from 12 years and older - Collaboratively set therapeutic goals and interventions taking a client-centered approach - Committed to improving the wellbeing of clients - Work alongside interdisciplinary clinicians at Fresh Minds Therapy Centres

Qualifications

- Registered mental health clinician with a current practicing certificate - Registered Psychologist, Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social worker with a current Annual Practising Certificate - Registered Nurse with Mental Health Credentialing - Qualification in a formal therapeutic area would be an advantage

Skills
