Job requirements:

- Registered mental health clinician with a current practicing certificate - Comprehensive clinical experience in various modalities - Experience working in a mental health setting and providing talking therapies - Passion for working with diverse populations in a brief intervention context - Collaborative, flexible, and able to work autonomously or as part of a team - Knowledge and skills conducive to culturally safe practice - Minimum of two years post-graduate work experience - Registered Psychologist, Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker

Qualifications:

- Current Annual Practising Certificate - Mental Health Credentialing Qualification preferred - Formal therapeutic area qualification advantageous

Skills:

- Experience in Motivational Interviewing, ACT, CBT, DBT, and/or FACT - Ability to set therapeutic goals and interventions taking a client-centred approach - Knowledge and application of psychological theories and models - Competency in brief evidence-based psychological interventions
