Metrology Technician Full-time Job

Key points:

Job responsibilities:

- Measure injection-moulded parts, tooling, and components - Set up and maintain measurement and calibration record databases - Develop measurement routines and methods for moulded parts - Coordinate maintenance and calibration of the Micro-Vu system - Validate components to meet customer requirements - Calibrate measuring equipment - Train QC staff on operating measurement equipment - Contribute to the development of measurement, quality assurance, and validation capabilities - Assist the Quality Manager with auditing and investigating quality issues

Qualifications:

- Experience in a similar role preferred - Strong maths and problem-solving skills - Ability to read and understand part drawings - Proficient in written and spoken English - Enthusiastic to learn and grow in quality assurance

Skills:

- Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
