Your Role as an Assessing Team Leader

As the Assessing Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Motor Assessors to ensure optimal customer service and quality in the assessment of motor claims. Your duties will include managing assessments, handling customer complaints, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements for the Role

• At least 3 years of experience in insurance assessing in the NZ market
• Trade Qualified – Panelbeater
• A passion for the motor industry and a commitment to innovation
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams for superior customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use data and analytics for decision-making
• Knowledge of claims management software and technology
