Who We Are Looking For

We are not looking for ordinary Music and Carpentry Tutors. We are seeking a visionary 'Music and Building Coach' who can design and implement programs that will unlock hidden potential and influence the island nations. If you are someone who thrives on challenges, can fundraise, implement projects, and lead a team with passion and faith, we want to hear from you.

Your Role

As a Music and Building Coach, you will be responsible for creating spaces for creativity to flourish, bringing together talented individuals to make an impact. You will design programs that focus on learning by doing, helping individuals discover their purpose and gain confidence in their vocations. Your role will involve building teams, implementing projects, and finding resources to support our mission.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for someone with a strong background in the music and building industry, with experience in team building, systems management, and learning outcomes. You should have a passion for helping others succeed and be able to work with minimal direction. If you are a creative thinker who can take complex ideas and make them accessible to all, we want to hear from you.

Benefits and How to Apply

This is a casual and fixed-term role to start, but for the right person with a passion for building and making a difference, there is room to grow. The hourly rate for this position ranges from $28 to $35. If you are ready to take on this challenge and be part of a unique team dedicated to positive change, please send your resume and cover letter to mac.andrae@transformationacademy.ac.nz.
