Overview
An educational provider in Aotearoa is seeking a National Coordinator to enhance the placement opportunities for their International Nursing Student program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the reach of the program by building new relationships and ensuring continuous growth capacity for students across all regions.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate should have existing connections within the Aged Care sector and an understanding of the tertiary environment. While experience in education is beneficial, the focus is on being results-driven, professional, and genuine. Strong relationship-building skills, exceeding KPIs, and a growth-oriented mindset are key qualities we are looking for.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow and expand the clinical placement network
- Maintain relationships in the Aged Care Sector
- Generate new leads across Aotearoa
- Coach and mentor new partnerships
- Ensure sustainable growth models are met
- Meet all contract KPIs
- Complete and submit all reporting and administration on time
You Will Come With
- Existing significant Aged Care relationships across NZ
- Preferably a nursing background
- Experience in business development
- Ability to work with diverse clients and communities
- Passion for helping people succeed
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs
- Strong independent working and administrative skills
