Job requirements:
- Experienced and driven Senior Allied Health professional
- 50% case load expectation
- Ability to ensure contractual obligations are met effectively and efficiently
- Experience in coordinating and delivering service provider training
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job responsibilities:
- Support and deliver on Proactive’s strategic plan and vision
- Drive business growth and maintain contractual compliance
- Contribute to process changes for quality and efficiency improvement
- Monitor service delivery and identify performance trends
- Coordinate and deliver service provider training
- Facilitate and assure compliance to best practice operating procedures
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Allied Health
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Leadership experience
