Job requirements:

  • Experienced and driven Senior Allied Health professional
  • 50% case load expectation
  • Ability to ensure contractual obligations are met effectively and efficiently
  • Experience in coordinating and delivering service provider training
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job responsibilities:

  • Support and deliver on Proactive’s strategic plan and vision
  • Drive business growth and maintain contractual compliance
  • Contribute to process changes for quality and efficiency improvement
  • Monitor service delivery and identify performance trends
  • Coordinate and deliver service provider training
  • Facilitate and assure compliance to best practice operating procedures

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in Allied Health
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Leadership experience
