Role Overview

Post Haste Group is on a path of substantial growth for 2024 and is looking for a motivated National Sales Manager to join their team in Auckland. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a high-energy approach to driving new business and motivating the national sales team to exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive competitive advantage and achieve revenue goals
• Lead the national business development team
• Create and implement sales training programs
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers
• Contribute to the company's annual business and strategic planning

Key Attributes

• Minimum five years of industry experience
• Proven track record in developing commercial relationships
• Strategic planning and implementation expertise
• Outside-the-box thinker with a focus on value creation
• Leadership skills to drive team performance
