Role Overview
Post Haste Group is on a path of substantial growth for 2024 and is looking for a motivated National Sales Manager to join their team in Auckland. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a high-energy approach to driving new business and motivating the national sales team to exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive competitive advantage and achieve revenue goals
- Lead the national business development team
- Create and implement sales training programs
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers
- Contribute to the company's annual business and strategic planning
Key Attributes
- Minimum five years of industry experience
- Proven track record in developing commercial relationships
- Strategic planning and implementation expertise
