You will be working with a mix of clients, including prominent New Zealand brands and mid-tier organizations. The role involves proactive problem-solving, customer engagement, and adherence to support levels and SLAs.

What We Are Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:

Core Skillsets

• Security expertise in Aruba and Fortinet
• Hands-on experience with FortiGate for firewall support
• Experience in SD-WAN, WAN support, network switch & routing, wireless network support, and cloud network support (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Experience Required

• 3-5 years as a Network and Security Engineer
• Strong understanding of security best practices in network designs and implementations
• Advanced networking experience in SD-WAN, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, NAT, VPN, 802.1x, spanning-tree
• Cloud network support and connectivity experience in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
• Industry certifications in Fortinet, Cisco, or Aruba technologies
