Join Our Team as a Night Shift Production Operator - Softgel

We are looking for a dedicated Night Shift Production Operator - Softgel to be a part of our team. As a successful candidate, you will play a crucial role in operating machines and overseeing the production of encapsulated dietary supplements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Hygiene, Health, and Safety guidelines to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Handle materials, operate equipment, clean production lines, monitor processes, perform quality control, and assist in various support activities.
  • Check and move raw materials, ensure accurate packing, and maintain high production standards.
  • Conduct On Job training for co-workers and maintain discipline and good work performance.
  • Adhere to GMP guidelines, SOPs, and Batch documents while producing goods according to the Production Supervisor's instructions.
  • Perform cleaning tasks in the production area, follow Batch Manufacturing procedures, and conduct yield and reconciliation calculations.
  • Handle products and materials weighing up to 25 kg.

Qualifications

  • Fast learner with a strong focus on health and safety.
  • Prior experience in production or process work is preferred but not mandatory as training will be provided.
  • No allergies to bee products and milk powder.
  • Mechanically inclined with the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance.
  • Good attendance record, punctual, and capable of physical work.
  • Team player, proactive, and willing to collaborate.
  • Must be a NZ Citizen, NZ Resident, or have a valid NZ Work Visa.
