The company specializes in managing over 400 water systems in the North Island, ranging from individual farm systems to industrial and community water supplies. ### Job Description

#### Responsibilities: - **Customer Service:** Handle incoming calls, process customer orders, raise job invoices, and manage receivables. - **Financial Tasks:** Process supplier invoices, manage payables, maintain the CRM and Inventory database, perform bank reconciliations, and submit all IRD schedules. - **Administrative Duties:** Assist with general office tasks, generate purchase orders, maintain office supplies, and arrange import goods pick up. - **Support Role:** Assist the Director and Sales Engineer team, provide accurate reports on payables, receivables, cash flow, and budget forecasts.

### Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualities: - Bright, friendly nature with a good sense of humor and a robust personality. - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment. - Experience in bookkeeping and/or accountancy, with qualifications or years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft products, particularly Excel, and solid experience in using accounting software packages. - Familiarity with MYOB for financial reporting and Ostendo for inventory control and job management. - Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and time management abilities.
