Job Description

We are expanding our Operations engineering team and seeking individuals who are passionate about making a difference. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a high-volume production environment, engaging in complex problem-solving, project management, and continuous improvement activities.

What You Will Do

  • Apply analytical thinking to optimize manufacturing processes
  • Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting
  • Manage projects and documentation effectively
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement solutions

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor of Engineering degree (or equivalent)
  • 1-2 years of engineering experience in manufacturing
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in project management and LEAN manufacturing principles
  • Proficiency in 3-D modeling packages (Solidworks)
