About the Role:
This Division Management role will involve overseeing the Interiors/fit-out side of a diversified business. Responsibilities include:
- Business Development
- Building and management of a team
- Cost and project management of projects
- Planning/pre-construction and delivery of projects
- Reporting
- Overseeing H&S and Quality
- Growth and business development
Skills & Experience Required:
- Ideally in Project Management or similar role with a local Interiors company
- 5+ years experience in NZ Construction
- Existing relationships in the local market
- Experience in interiors/commercial construction
- A driven mentality with a desire to excel
- Great communication skills
