About the Role:

This Division Management role will involve overseeing the Interiors/fit-out side of a diversified business. Responsibilities include:

  • Business Development
  • Building and management of a team
  • Cost and project management of projects
  • Planning/pre-construction and delivery of projects
  • Reporting
  • Overseeing H&S and Quality
  • Growth and business development

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Ideally in Project Management or similar role with a local Interiors company
  • 5+ years experience in NZ Construction
  • Existing relationships in the local market
  • Experience in interiors/commercial construction
  • A driven mentality with a desire to excel
  • Great communication skills
