Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to take on the role of OSCAR Site Manager at our Out of School Care and Recreation (OSCAR) Site in Flat Bush. This full-time, permanent position involves overseeing the delivery of after-school and holiday care services to primary and intermediate-aged children in the area. Our ideal candidate is a passionate and organized leader with a strong background in childcare management.

Responsibilities

• Promote the center within the community and ensure OSCAR compliance
• Provide mentorship and support to center staff
• Manage team performance and relationships with stakeholders
• Ensure site compliance with all OSCAR standards

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Previous leadership experience in a childcare setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in a systems-driven environment
• Site or Assistant Manager experience
• Tertiary qualification in a related discipline or equivalent experience
• Clean and full driver's license
• Ability to lead, guide, and mentor a team
