Join Our Team as an Outbound Travel Consultant at JTB New Zealand!

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Newly graduates and entry-level applicants are welcome, but a good knowledge of and interest in Japan, including its culture and language, is a must.
• Proven work experience in travel and tourism is advantageous.
• Certificates in Travel and Tourism, such as SABRE or IATA, are preferred.
• Experience in ticketing is advantageous.
• Strong market knowledge, communication skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Effective time management, planning skills, and attention to detail.
• Must be a motivated, enthusiastic go-getter with excellent people and communication skills to develop strong business relationships.
• Experience in traveling to Japan is preferred.
