- Assess project requirements and recommend appropriate tools and paints - Collaborate with the project team to determine scope of work and timeline - Select and source high-quality paints, finishes, and coatings - Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming - Apply paint using various techniques - Ensure accurate color matching and consistency - Monitor work progress, inspect finished surfaces, and make touch-ups - Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment - Provide guidance and support to junior painters

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2+ years experience as a professional Painter & Decorator - Strong knowledge of paint types, brands, and applications - Proficient in utilizing painting tools and equipment - Excellent color perception and blending skills - Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work - Strong organizational and time management skills - Effective communication and teamwork abilities - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
