### About You To be successful in this role, you should have: - Experience as a panel beater on a variety of vehicles - Relevant Level 4 Qualification in Panel Beating or Vehicle Body Repair Trade - Strong understanding of vehicle bodywork, welding, and painting - Full driver's license with a clean driving record - Effective communication skills - Ability to follow written instructions - Experience in team management - Positive attitude and ability to mentor team members - Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards - Physical fitness to lift up to 25kg
