Job requirements

• Experience in processing complex payrolls in excess of 1,000 employees
• Ideally with experience of working with MECAs and IEAs
• Sound understanding of New Zealand employment legislation especially Holidays Act
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal

Job responsibilities

• Assist the lead to develop detailed project plans
• Analyse payroll data and assist with solution development to enable compliance
• Assist to develop Holidays Act compliance measures to contribute to the transition to business as usual

Qualifications

• Experience in processing complex payrolls
• Sound understanding of New Zealand employment legislation

• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
