Job requirements:

Job responsibilities:

- Processing Payroll - Sending invoices to clients - Reconciling and following up on outstanding invoices - Answering phones, helping customers, and distributing calls - Responding to emails - Managing inwards/outwards correspondence - Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in Payroll, Accounts Receivable, and business administration - Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
