Our client, a service provider on the North Shore, is looking for a skilled and experienced Payroll Specialist to join their friendly and collaborative team for a 3-6 month contract. Job Responsibilities

• Load, update, and maintain employee information in the payroll system
• Maintain, load, and calculate payroll data for wage and salary employees
• Ensure compliance with all payroll-related tax obligations with the IRD, including timely and accurate filing/payment of PAYE & KiwiSaver
• Address and resolve payroll-related queries
• Reconcile payroll headcount

What We're Looking For

If you have at least 3 years of payroll experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent attention to detail, you could be the perfect fit for this role.
