The Role

As the Payroll Specialist, you will report directly to the Finance Manager and oversee the end-to-end payroll function for approximately 300 employees. Your responsibilities will include:

• Loading, updating, and maintaining employee information in the payroll system
• Calculating payroll data for wage and salary employees
• Ensuring compliance with all payroll-related tax obligations, including PAYE and KiwiSaver
• Conducting system testing and data audits as needed
• Addressing payroll-related inquiries
• Reconciling payroll headcount

About You

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll, with familiarity with Datacom being advantageous. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role could be the perfect fit for you.
