Responsibilities

  • Managing daily diary and email inbox
  • Booking meetings and preparing resources
  • Assisting in document preparation
  • Taking minutes during meetings
  • Supporting the team with various administrative duties

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Strong time management and administration skills
  • Confidence in your abilities and the flexibility to work with different personalities
