Plant Manager Full-time Job

Job responsibilities

- Direct Plant Level EHS Improvement and Sustainability activities - Collaborate with Supply Chain functions for schedule attainment and order fulfillment - Define performance goals, review processing schedules, and monitor production - Ensure customer complaints management, compliance, and certification to ISO 9001 - Supervise various departments and lead team, including coaching and mentoring - Review production activity, lead engineering changes, and recommend capital investments

Qualifications

- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering or similar - MBA or advanced degree is an added advantage - More than 10 years of manufacturing-related experience - Solid hands-on experience in manufacturing operations - Competency in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement concepts

Skills

- High level of leadership and teamwork skills - Strong knowledge of manufacturing concepts, analysis, techniques, and practices - Competency in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement concepts - Understanding of SAP ERP and involvement with Union/Collective Bargaining Agreement activities
