- Report to GM of Operations - Oversee Melbourne plant operations - Provide strategic guidance to other locations - Ensure compliant and functional operation of Melbourne site - Drive staff development - Work closely with all divisions of the business

Qualifications:

- Qualification in Supply Chain or Engineering - Experience in manufacturing management

Skills:

- Ability to lead autonomously - Good organization and project management skills - Experience with MRP based production and purchasing systems - Skills in using Mapics and D365
