Practice Manager at Well-Regarded Law Firm

Role Responsibilities:
- Manage the firm's accounts, including month-end processes, billings, payroll, and trust accounting
- Ensure compliance with AML requirements
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm
- Utilize strategic thinking and planning skills
- Assist with recruitment and HR functions
- Maintain IT systems and liaise with external parties
- Handle marketing and property maintenance tasks
Requirements:
- CA qualified or strong accounting background
- Proficient in processing financial statements, payroll, and billings
- Experience with Practice Management software is advantageous
- Professional services, legal, or banking experience preferred
- Excellent strategic thinking and people skills
