Practice Manager at Well-Regarded Law Firm

We are seeking a strategic thinker with strong accounting skills to join our team at a prestigious law firm in Auckland. Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage the firm's accounts, including month-end processes, billings, payroll, and trust accounting
  • Ensure compliance with AML requirements
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm
  • Utilize strategic thinking and planning skills
  • Assist with recruitment and HR functions
  • Maintain IT systems and liaise with external parties
  • Handle marketing and property maintenance tasks

Requirements:

  • CA qualified or strong accounting background
  • Proficient in processing financial statements, payroll, and billings
  • Experience with Practice Management software is advantageous
  • Professional services, legal, or banking experience preferred
  • Excellent strategic thinking and people skills
