About the Position
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Practice Nurse Manager to lead our team of four nurses at Eastmed Doctors, a well-established General Practice located in St Heliers. This part-time position (24 hours per week) requires a passionate individual who can oversee both management and clinical duties to provide exceptional healthcare to our patient community of over 9500 individuals.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and support to the nursing team
- Lead clinical and practice improvement initiatives
- Co-ordinate and develop nursing services within the practice
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to patients
- Maintain compliance with legal requirements
- Assist in human resources and financial reporting
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should:
- Be an experienced primary care Practice Nurse
- Hold a current APC and be eligible to work in New Zealand
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Show resilience and tenacity under pressure
- Be a dedicated team player committed to delivering excellent service
Preferred Skills
While not essential, the following skills and attributes are preferred:
- Authorization as a vaccinator and smear taker
- Previous experience as a Practice Nurse and Nurse Manager
- Exposure to Human Resources and Financial reporting
