About the Role
As the Principal Counsel, you will be a crucial part of the Reserve Bank's legal leadership team, reporting to the General Counsel. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance on complex legal matters related to the Reserve Bank's prudential requirements, offering advice on new policies, and supporting financial market transactions.
This role requires a qualified lawyer with at least 10 years' PQE in banking and finance law, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build effective relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in regulatory capital, transactional work, and excellent communication skills.
